Training Board with Leap Motion for Blind People. Kind of an acoustic navigation system to tell blind people where they can drop things. By Yi Zhang.
The computer program gets data from Leap Motion (a 3D motion sensor) and gives sound guidance for legally blind patients to drop pegs into user-designated holes.
Human voice indicates the direction to go and the frequency of beeps increases as the hand approaches the destination.
Second user can choose the hole to drop on the interface.
